Trained as an architect and lawyer, and an INSEAD alum, I have spent more than fifteen years on the business side of OMA and Herzog & de Meuron. At Herzog & de Meuron I was the firm’s first Global Head of Business Development, establishing the discipline from the ground up.
Across legal affairs, operations and business development, I have helped shape how leading firms choose which projects to pursue, navigate risk, negotiate, build relationships across markets and cultures, and grow their practices.
Today I bring that experience to founders and principals of design-led studios as an external partner in the decisions that shape their future.
